Privacy Policy

We have adopted this Privacy Policy, which determines how we are processing the information collected exclusively by the MOTOGO app, which also provides the reasons why we must collect certain personal data about you. Therefore, we strongly recommend you read this Privacy Policy before using the MOTOGO app.

The MOTOGO app is owned by MOTOGO, which collects only the personal data necessary to allow the MOTOGO app to function as designed and desired. We do not sell your data to third parties and only those who you have selected as your friends on the MOTOGO app will be able to access your location and only when you have chosen to share that information via the MOTOGO app.

Personal information we collect:

When you visit the MOTOGO app, we automatically collect certain information about your device, more specifically, information about your GPS location. The collection of this data is for the sole purpose of allowing users to find one another and ultimately, ostensibly, ride together.

All other data, such as the make, model and year of your motorcycle, your user name and any images of you or your motorcycle are completely optional and need not include any information you deem too personal to comfortably share in this app and forum.

How do we process your data?

Our top priority is customer data security, and, as such, we use only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to allow you to use the MOTOGO app. Data is securely stored using a private database secured by Google Firebase.

You can choose not to provide us with your personal data, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the MOTOGO app's features. For example, you won’t be able to locate fellow riders or be located by them if you do not share your GPS information. Please be aware that the MOTOGO app will continue to collect and use your location data even when running in the background so that users may continue to locate one another. However, you may easily turn off location sharing and/or close the app entirely when you do not wish to share your location or make others aware that you are active. Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to contact us here with any questions.

Links to other websites:

Our website exists purely to support the MOTOGO app and does not contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us. This website serves solely to provide information to the MOTOGO app user and to allow them to contact us and to delete their profile at any time.

Information security:

We secure information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure Google Firebase environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We keep reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and personal data disclosure in its control and custody.

Legal disclosure:

We will not disclose any information we collect, use or receive unless required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. Once an account has been closed, all user data is removed from the database and no longer stored by MOTOGO. To delete your account, simply visit
